My practice explores the processes of transformation that shape territories. Working across sculpture, installation and video, I use raw materials as my starting point.

My attention is directed towards natural and anthropogenic processes and their interactions, with a particular focus on erosion as a geological, environmental and political phenomenon.

Each act of collecting is site-specific. Its geographical coordinates become the title of the work and are paired with a short sound recording. Matter itself becomes an agent—a fragment of a sensitive archive.

My work questions the ways in which we assign value to the world: what we consider rare, useful, exploitable, productive or worthy of preservation.

Rather than representing or idealising nature, I seek to displace its experience into the space of the artwork and to challenge any claim to dominate it, in order to reconsider our place within processes that exceed us.
